缺點：目前檔案名稱無法接受 Unicode 字元

要開啟 Cygwin 才能使用 git 指令，但支援 Unicode 檔名

# 執行 Setup.exe，在 mirror site 頁面儘量找快速的站台，例如日本。在安裝軟體頁面找 git 並安裝它。
